General Services

Routine on-the-spot assessment of jobs and services in the hospital.

To ensure that service do not fail at all service outlets.

To ensure the promotion of quality assurance and best practices in service delivery.

To identify and investigate any financial leakages within the hospital.

To monitor the daily/weekly income position of each revenue unit.

Tracking surveys of funds released for purchases, repairs and other uses.
